Return and Cancellation Policy
This Return and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs order cancellation, returns, replacements, and warranty claims for products (“Units”) purchased from Aurora Navigation through the Aurora Navigation online store (the “Platform”).
This Policy applies only to individual customers located in the United States and Canada.
Definitions
“Unit” refers to any Aurora Navigation product purchased through the Aurora Navigation online store, including but not limited to G1000 and Astra1, along with any accessories or components included in the original packaging at the time of sale.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled in full within 2 (two) hours after payment has been completed.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Orders cannot be cancelled once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed..
2. Return of Unused Products
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the payment date, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Return requests must be approved in advance (please contact [email protected] for authorization and instructions).
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse.
Aurora Navigation reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to issuing a refund. Products that have been opened, used, modified, or damaged may not be eligible for return.
Note: This return policy applies only to individual consumers and does not apply to purchases made by businesses, organizations, or other legal entities.
3. Warranty and Defective Products
Aurora Navigation provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or failure to meet product specifications during the applicable warranty period:
- 1 year for G1000 and Astra1
If your Unit is defective:
- Contact our support team at [email protected].
- We will guide you through the troubleshooting process, which may include remote diagnostics or return of the Unit for inspection.
- If the Unit is confirmed to be defective:
– A replacement unit will be shipped free of charge within 1 (one) month after the examination is completed, or
– If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued within 1 (one) month
Note: Return shipping for defective Units must be prepaid by the Buyer. Aurora Navigation does not cover inbound return logistics.
4. Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
Shipping fees and applicable taxes may vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout where required.
The Buyer is responsible for any additional local taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction that are not collected at checkout.
